Here you are far away from all the crowds and you can enjoy the view over the water as you drive along the Oosterschelde National Park. Cycling outside the dikes is definitely one of the special qualities of the bicycle junction network in Thool. Step on the pedals and see for yourself.
You can take a breather and regain your strength on one of the many terraces at the Thoolse catering industry or stop at a bicycle rest point. There you will find a (picnic) bench and charging point.
Also bike to the folding bench in Anna-Jacobapolder there you can listen to the history of Tholen at three different moments in time. Or take your bike on a ferry – leave Tholen for a while – and experience what else Zeeland has to offer.
One (electric) rent a bike is not a bad idea. There is so much to discover. One thing is certain: you will not get bored of Tholen. At most you stop every now and then for a nice lunch or a refreshing drink. And then on again, because there is still so much to see!
