What exactly are you selling?
We are a traditional butcher shop in the heart of Sint-Maartensdijk.

Where does your merchandise come from?
Our pigs come from the Stoutjesdijk family; The Zeeland free-range pig. The beef from local farmers (dikbil quality). The Thoolse chicken comes via the Thoolse Butchersmeat Center Zuneha. We also do a lot with barbecue and we supply buffets of all kinds. Meat dishes as a gift or meat vouchers are also possible.

What is the history of your company?
In 1937 my grandfather Piet Koopman took over the business from Mr. Kievit. Then my dad took over the business again and in 2004 I took over the business from my parents. Our Zeeland sausage is widely known and is widely eaten.

When can visitors come to you?
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 13.30 pm to 17.30 pm
Wednesday from 8.30 a.m. to 13 p.m.
Friday from 8.30am to 18pm
Saturday from 8am to 15pm
We also deliver at home
