During our 2023 members event, we had three presentations on various topics that concern our members. Following last year's approach, we now offer the opportunity to explore the topics in further depth in a number of workshops that will be offered in the first quarter of 2024. The proposals for this can be found below. Please note that Dockwize's workshops on 'Digitalization' and 'APK for your company' can be attended 'free' if you register before December 29! After that, the regular price applies.

Workshop – Inspiration session on energy transition and sustainability
On this evening, a fellow entrepreneur will share his experiences and steps regarding sustainability and energy transition with you. There are also various other practical and inspiring examples that specifically respond to the organizations attending this evening. Specific questions from those present can then be answered by two advisors. All participants go home with an initial idea about how they can start their own sustainability and energy transition and also know which next steps they can take to get started.

Workshop – No nonsense on the way to safer and healthier working
Providing a safe workplace for your employees or a safe environment for your visitors or customers... of course that is part of your company. But where do you start? Or how do you pick it up again? How do you keep it fun and manageable, both in terms of time and investment. And is that worth it? And how do you maintain attention to safety?
In this series of three 2,5-hour workshops, we look together at how you currently do safety in a no-nonsense, practical way. We will work (inter)actively on themes that are relevant to your company. Did you know that about 80%-90% of incidents are caused by how we act as people? You can achieve a lot by making small but effective changes. Every session you will go home with smart tips that you can apply right away!
Each session is always at the company of one of the participants.
Of course there is a bonus for you as host: a pitch about your company and the opportunity to submit a question and advice/tips/suggestions from your fellow entrepreneurs and the trainer.

Workshop – Digitization
Does digitization make sense for you? Yes, if it provides added value that suits your way of doing business. But how? Maybe you, like so many SME entrepreneurs in Zeeland, also struggle with that question. And do you want to offer your products and services digitally or optimize your internal business process, just like them? Top! But where do you start with something like that? The answer is simple: at this workshop.
During the workshops we will work in four evenings. We take one step per evening to ensure that you can concentrate on the different facets of your business and do not have to tackle everything at once.
After these four evenings you will have step by step your company or organization:
- Mapped out which activities within your company/organization take a relatively long time;
- The external and possibly internal costs of these activities have been identified;
- An idea of which activities can be digitized and what benefits you can gain from this;

Why an MOT for your car, but no check for your company? In this workshop we hold a mirror up to your company/enterprise with the aim of making your company resilient and future-proof. We look at the themes of Product, Market, Business Model, Entrepreneur & Team and Finance with an associated action plan.
